Shipping Origin:

  • To best serve our global customers and manage inventory effectively, your order may be shipped from fulfillment centers located in either the United Kingdom (UK) or China. The specific origin will depend on stock availability and proximity to your delivery address.

Shipping Method, Costs & Delivery Time:

  • Shipping Method: We offer Standard Shipping for all orders. This is currently the only shipping method available. We ship to most destinations globally.
  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE standard worldwide shipping on all orders with a total value of $99.99 USD or more.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than $99.90 USD, a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $9.99 USD will be applied at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, our standard shipping typically takes 0-10 business days for delivery. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe, and actual delivery times can vary based on your specific location, local customs processing, and carrier performance.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as customs inspections, extreme weather events, or logistical backlogs) can occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
  • If we become aware of a significant delay impacting your shipment's progress, we will endeavour to contact you via email to provide an update.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees:

  • Customs Duties/Tariffs: We want your shopping experience to be straightforward. Therefore, Ben's Choice will cover the cost of any customs duties or tariffs imposed by the destination country. You should not have to pay extra customs fees upon delivery.
  • VAT / Sales Tax: Please be aware that this policy regarding duties does not include Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or other local sales taxes that may be applicable in your country or state. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable VAT, GST, or local sales taxes. These may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery or billed separately by your local customs authority.
